#Troubleshooting path
- Read the status badge and timing breakdown: is it can't connect (DNS/TCP/TLS stage failed) or connected but content is wrong.
- Check the error types in the incident history — each type comes with investigation hints.
- If the site won't open on your machine, compare against the Multi-region speed test: if nodes can reach it but you can't, your IP is likely blocked or your local network is the problem.
