Interactive capture — sign in first, then collect
Normal capture only reaches public pages. For pages behind sign-in walls, popups or multi-step interactions use interactive capture:
#Flow
- Page snapshot → Interactive capture, enter the target URL.
- Open the remote-browser view and operate it yourself: dismiss popups, sign in, scroll to the target — every action you take is recorded as it happens.
- When done, click capture / seal to file the current page state together with the action trail.
#Important boundaries
- Passwords you type are not persisted — actions are logged, but password-field contents are not stored;
- The remote browser runs on platform nodes — don't use it for anything unrelated to evidence collection;
- Interactive capture's Response time is much higher than normal capture — use it when interaction is genuinely needed.
Tip
The whole session leaves a trail (action log + page snapshots); once sealed, all of it goes into the archive for verification.
