Multilingual UI & interface polish

#New

• The interface now supports Simplified Chinese / English / Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) / Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) — one-tap switch in the top bar, remembered per account after you Sign in;
• Notification language is set separately in Settings: Chinese UI with English alert emails/DingTalk works;
• Help center launched (where you're reading this).

#Improved

• Alert emails, Daily report and Weekly report digests now render in the tenant's notification language;
• The marketing site went multilingual too (/en /zh-tw /zh-hk);
• A batch of mobile fixes (nav drawer, form row spacing, help-box stacking).
