The inbox — alerts grouped by event
The notification center behind the top-bar bell is an on-site inbox. It mirrors the email alerts but is organized by event, not by message: an incident's down, escalation and recovery share one row — no notification wall.
#How to use it
- Defaults to Unread; clicking an item marks it read and jumps to the matching site/incident page (deep link straight to the scene).
- Read is browsable too, and items can be marked unread again.
- The number on the bell means "worth your attention": unread items at warning + critical level.
#When to look at it
- Morning review: yesterday's incidents already grouped by event — go through them one by one;
- When an alert may not have landed: the inbox is the on-site record — even if email/DingTalk failed, it's here.
Tip
The bell polls every 60 seconds; clicking an item takes you straight to that site's detail page.
