Status wall — a fullscreen status page that needs no sign in
#What it is
The status wall is a sign-in-free fullscreen page showing every site's current state, uptime and incident markers. Made to hang on a second screen or a TV.
#Enabling it & the URL
- Turn on the Status page under System settings to generate a tokened URL like
/status/xxxxxxxx. - It only shows name, status and Response time — no error details, IPs or certificate info. Enough for a glance; minimal exposure.
- Anyone holding the URL can view it — the URL is the key; think about who you're sharing it with.
#Usage
- The Status page link in the top bar (opens in a new window), or copy the URL under System settings.
- Put it fullscreen on a second monitor — the page refreshes itself.
- To disable, switch it off in settings — the URL stops working immediately (404).
Note
The status wall needs no sign in: whoever has the URL sees all site names and states. To restrict further, add an IP allowlist in Nginx.
