FAQ
What happens when the trial ends?
Site checks stop; configuration and history are fully kept. We email reminders 7, 3, and 1 days before expiry. Upgrading resumes checks right away — nothing to reconfigure.
How do I pay?
Click "Buy now" on a price card to open the checkout; the plan takes effect as soon as payment lands. Redeem codes work too: enter one on the "My plan" page for plan redemption, time extensions, and tool quota.
What if I run out of sites?
Upgrade your plan, or contact us for a custom bump. Sites over quota are never deleted — new additions are simply refused for now.
What is a "self-hosted node"?
A single PHP file deployed on your own server that lets WebCheck monitoring reach targets from there. For sites our probes can't reach but yours can, and for multi-region speed tests. Token-authenticated with private-address protection.
What is the "Site tools quota" (credits)?
Third-party API queries like Baidu indexing, PC authority, and keyword rankings, plus sealing page snapshots, consume credits. Every plan includes monthly credits (valid that month, no rollover); buy more if you run out: 500 credits ¥19.8, 2000 credits ¥59.8, 10000 credits ¥199. Never using them affects no monitoring features.
Is traffic analytics billed separately?
Included in the plan. Each month has an event quota (see "My plan" in the console); going over pauses collection until next month — no extra charge.
